Can I have my jewelry repaired?

To ensure that your favourite pieces retain their youthfulness and shine, we offer repair, alteration and maintenance services for almost all jewelry created by Anne-Marie Chagnon, regardless of the year it was made.

How can I get my jewelry repaired?

By email
In order to take advantage of our repair and maintenance services, it is necessary to send us a picture of your jewel along with the following information: desired repair(s), your full name as well as your phone number to garantie@annemariechagnon.com or by coming in person to our store.

You can come to our Mile-End store in Montreal to request repairs or maintenance. Please check our opening hours here.

At a retailer
It is possible to make a repair request through the store where the item was purchased. Go to the retailer to make a repair request by providing the necessary information: repair(s) desired, full name, mailing address, phone number and email address, along with proof of purchase (if your jewelry is covered by the one-year warranty). Following its repair, the jewel will be returned to the retailer and the applicable fees will have to be paid in store. Please note that we do not cover applicable taxes and shipping costs.

What is the turnaround time for repairs?

It usually takes about two weeks for the repair to be completed. After that, it will be sent back to you or will be ready for pickup at our store or at the retailer where it was left. Please note that delivery times depend on the carrier and the location of each customer.
