Can I return or exchange a jewellery creation bought online?

We hope that you enjoy all your Anne-Marie Chagnon purchases! However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will offer a full refund for returns made to the Online Store within 30 days of reception of the item(s). Shipping fees are not refundable. Anne-Marie Chagnon inc. will reimburse the buyer the paid price, net of discounts applied to the total, including taxes and excluding shipping fees.

The customer will be reimbursed via the same method of payment used when placing the original order within a period of 14 days following the reception of the returned item at the studio.

Beyond the 30 day period, the delivered products are considered compliant and accepted by the buyer. Therefore, Anne-Marie Chagnon inc. reserves the right to refuse reimbursement or replacement of these products.

Important : Upon receipt, a quality control check will be performed on the returned items. No used items or articles that have been damaged by the customer will be accepted for an exchange or refund. The jewelry must not have been worn (except for fitting).

No returns will be accepted for custom-made jewelry and jewelry bought with a discount.

The jewellery that I received by mail was damaged in transit. What should I do?

If, despite our vigilance and that of the carrier, you received a broken or damaged jewellery creation, we ask that you inform us within 2 days of receiving your package.

To do this, it is best to contact us by email at boutiqueweb@annemariechagnon.com and attach photos. You can also call 1 877 818-0499 (toll free in Canada and the United States) or +01 514 844-0499 (international), Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to noon and from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. (Eastern Time).

We will be grateful that you return the jewellery to the workshop as quickly as possible for an exchange or refund. A proof of purchase and your full contact details must be included.

How do I return an order and request a refund?

A return can be done by mail or in person at our Anne-Marie Chagnon workshops.

By mail : In order to serve you better, please contact us by email at boutiqueweb@annemariechagnon.com before returning your package. Please include your order number, your complete address and the item(s) you are returning.

Make sure you wrap up the jewelry in a package, with a copy of your invoice so we can process your request. The package must be sent to the following address:

I bought jewellery on the Anne-Marie Chagnon Online Store. Can I return or exchange it directly at an Anne-Marie Chagnon retail store?

No. The jewelry bought on our Online Store must be returned to our Anne-Marie Chagnon workshop and head office. The return can be done by mail or in person. Click here to find our address.
