Can I return or exchange a piece of jewelry purchased online?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days following pick-up or receipt of your order to return it to the shop for a full refund. Shipping fees are not refundable.

Anne-Marie Chagnon inc. will reimburse the buyer for the actual price paid, after deduction of the discounts applied to the order, including taxes, and excluding shipping fees.

The refund will be made by the same payment method used at the time of purchase and within a maximum of 14 days following receipt of the item returned by the customer to the Anne-Marie Chagnon online store.

Beyond the 30-day period, the products delivered are deemed to be in conformity and accepted by the buyer. Anne-Marie Chagnon inc. reserves the right to refuse the refund or exchange of the products.

Important: Upon receipt, a quality control will be performed on the returned jewelry. No used item or item that has been damaged by the customer will be eligible for any exchange or refund. The returned jewels must not have been worn (except for fitting).
No returns will be accepted for custom-made jewelry and items on sale.

The jewelry I received by mail was damaged in transit. What should I do?

If, despite our vigilance and that of the carrier, you received a broken or damaged jewellery creation, we ask that you inform us within 2 days of receiving your package.

How do I return an order and request a refund?

A return can be done by mail or in person at our Anne-Marie Chagnon workshops.

By mail : In order to serve you better, please contact us by email at boutiqueweb@annemariechagnon.com before returning your package. Please include your order number, your complete address and the item(s) you are returning.

Make sure you wrap up the jewelry in a package, with a copy of your invoice so we can process your request. The package must be sent to the following address:

Be sure to include your complete contact information on the package.

In person : Please visit our workshop with the item you want to return in its original packaging. A proof of purchase is necessary. Click here to find our address.

I bought jewellery on the Anne-Marie Chagnon Online Store. Can I return or exchange it directly at an Anne-Marie Chagnon retail store?

No. The jewelry bought on our Online Store must be returned to our Anne-Marie Chagnon workshop and head office. The return can be done by mail or in person. A proof of purchase is necessary.
