Delivery policy
Yes, you can specify a delivery address different from the billing address. This means you can have your order delivered to work or to a relative's home, anywhere in the world. Each order can only be delivered to one address.
All buyers receive an email confirming shipment of the order, with a tracking number associated with the carrier responsible for delivery. Simply click on the link in this email and enter the tracking number to obtain the estimated delivery date of your order directly from the carrier. Anne-Marie Chagnon members can check the status of their orders at any time by logging into their account.
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. Orders leave the workshop within 5 working days of receipt of payment.
Please note that the workshop is closed for approximately two weeks during the holiday season. These dates are communicated and posted in advance each year. No orders will be processed or deliveries made during this period. Subscribe to our newsletter to stay informed.
Delivery time and carrier depend on destination. Estimated delivery times are mentioned in the order shipment confirmation e-mail sent to the buyer's e-mail address when the order leaves the workshop. The tracking number allows the buyer to follow the order until the package is delivered to the shipping address.
Delivery is free for all orders over $150 CAD / $150 USD / €150. If below the minimum amount, delivery times and charges are as follows:
- Quebec and Ontario (Canada): 2 to 5 business days; $12 CAD / $11 US / €9.50
- Rest of Canada: 2 to 7 business days; $12 CAD / $11 US / €9.50
- United States: 4 to 7 business days; $12 US / $16 CAD / €11
- European Union: 2 to 3 business days; €12 / US$14 / CA$18
- Other destinations: 2 to 5 business days; €12 / US$14 / CA$18
If you require express delivery, please contact us before placing your order, at 1 877 818-0499 or boutiqueweb@annemariechagnon.com. Additional charges apply. Conditions beyond our control may cause additional delivery delays (weather, strikes, customs, etc.). Delivery times are therefore not guaranteed. Anne-Marie Chagnon inc. is not responsible for any delay in the receipt of the parcel. In the event of a significant delay, please contact us. Any error or incomplete address may result in delays and additional charges for reshipment.

Products offered on our online boutique and delivered in Canada are subject to the applicable federal and/or provincial tax, calculated according to the delivery address of the products. We do not collect taxes on jewelry shipped outside Canada.
Orders delivered to the United States, Mexico or Canada are not subject to customs fees as stipulated by the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA).
For packages delivered outside these three countries, customs fees may apply and may be claimed by the carrier upon receipt of the package. For more information, please check with the customs authorities in the country of delivery, or contact the selected carrier.
Exchange and returns policies
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days following pick-up or receipt of the order to return it to the workshop for a full refund. Delivery charges are not refundable. Anne-Marie Chagnon inc. will reimburse the purchaser for the actual price paid, after deduction of any discounts applied to the order, including taxes and excluding delivery charges.
The reimbursement will be made by the method of payment used at the time of purchase and within a maximum of 14 days following receipt of the item returned by the customer. After the 30-day period, the products delivered are deemed to be in conformity and accepted by the buyer. Anne-Marie Chagnon inc. reserves the right to refuse reimbursement or exchange of products.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Upon receipt, a quality control will be performed on returned jewelry. No used items or items that have been damaged by the customer will be accepted for exchange or refund. Jewelry returned must not have been worn (except for fittings). No returns will be accepted for custom-made jewelry or jewelry on sale.
If, despite our vigilance and that of the carrier, you should receive a broken or damaged piece of jewelry, please inform us within 2 days of receipt of your package. To do so, please contact us by e-mail at boutiqueweb@annemariechagnon.com, enclosing photos of the damaged product.

A return can be made by mail or in person at the Anne-Marie Chagnon workshop in Montreal.

In order to serve you better, we strongly suggest that you contact us by email at boutiqueweb@annemariechagnon.com before returning your package. Please indicate your order number, complete address and the piece you wish to return.
Be sure to pack your jewelry securely in a parcel, along with a copy of the invoice you received by email, so that we can process your request. The package must be returned to us at the following address:

No. Jewelry purchased from our online store must be returned to Anne-Marie Chagnon's workshop. Returns can be made by mail or in person at our Montreal boutique. Proof of purchase is required.
No. If your jewelry was purchased at one of our retailers, please contact the retailer directly. They will be able to process your request in accordance with their own return and exchange policies. We maintain quality relationships with our retailers and provide them with exceptional customer service so that they can assist you properly.
Repair service
To ensure that your favorite pieces retain their youth and brilliance, we offer repair, alteration and maintenance services for all jewelry created by Anne-Marie Chagnon, regardless of the year the piece was made.
By email
In order to take advantage of our repair and maintenance services, please send us a photo of your piece of jewelry, along with the following information: repair(s) required, your full name and telephone number to garantie@annemariechagnon.com.
At our Montreal boutique
You can come to our Mile-End atelier-boutique in Montreal to make a repair or maintenance request. Please check our opening hours here.
At a retailer
You can make a repair request through the boutique where the item was purchased. Go to the retailer to make a repair request, providing the necessary information: repair(s) required, full name, mailing address, telephone number and email address, along with proof of purchase (if your jewelry is covered by the one-year warranty). After repair, the jewelry will be returned to the retailer, and any applicable charges will be paid in-store. Please note that we do not cover applicable taxes or shipping charges.
Please allow about two weeks for repairs. After that, it will be returned to you or ready for pick-up at the boutique. Please note that delivery times depend on the carrier and the shipping location of each customer.
Warranty
Each item is covered by a full one-year warranty, including parts and labor. Should you find a manufacturing defect, return your jewelry without delay to your retailer or directly to the atelier-boutique, along with proof of purchase.

Terms & Conditions
All Terms and Conditions should be read and agreed to before opening an account or placing an order. These Terms and Conditions apply to all Anne-Marie Chagnon merchandise as well as images and content found on the website. Using this site or purchasing any item through the website constitutes your understanding and acceptance of the Anne-Marie Chagnon inc.’s Terms and Conditions along with your agreement to the Terms and Conditions. Anne-Marie Chagnon inc. holds the right to edit, change, delete, modify, revise, and/or update the Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
Legal guarantee
The Civil Code of Quebec and the Consumer Protection Act provide legal guarantees relating in particular to hidden defects as well as the use of goods sold. These legal guarantees also apply to this sale.
Privacy
Anne-Marie Chagnon inc. will not disclose, in any case, the personal information of our customers to any third party. We consider the information provided as highly confidential and we pledge to protect its confidentiality.
Accounts, registration and passwords
Any password or username that you may use to access the Anne-Marie Chagnon website is the sole responsibility of yourself and Anne-Marie Chagnon inc. takes no responsibility for your personal protection or security. You will be held liable for any and all direct or indirect damages for all of your activity conducted on the Anne-Marie Chagnon inc. website that can be linked or traced back to your username or password. It is your obligation to report any lost or stolen password or username for your account immediately to Anne-Marie Chagnon inc.
Resale of products
The Anne-Marie Chagnon website sells items to retail and business customers. Unless specifically identified as a business customer, the user is a retail customer. Retail customers are not authorized to purchase items from the website for the purpose of re-sale or export. Anne-Marie Chagnon inc. holds the right to deny access from the site and disable the account of any user that violates this provision immediately and without notice. Anne-Marie Chagnon inc. may also refuse to accept returns of any such items.
Trademarks and Copyright
All trademarks, logos and service marks (hereby stated as the “Trademarks”) displayed on the Anne-Marie Chagnon inc. website are the registered and/or unregistered Trademarks of Anne-Marie Chagnon inc. Nothing within the site or Terms and Conditions body grants you the right or any license to use any of the Trademarks displayed on our site without the direct written permission of Anne-Marie Chagnon.
All Trademarks, text, logos, graphics, images, video files, photos, site and application functionality, or any other digital media, along with the arrangement of the above stated on the site (Content) are subject to patent, copyright, trademark, and any other intellectual property protection. At no time does Anne-Marie Chagnon grant the permission to process or modify its content.
