Since we make all our jewelry to order, orders leave our workshop within 5 working days of receipt of payment. Should the delivery time be extended, we will contact you to let you know.

Yes, you can indicate a delivery address different from the billing address. You can have your order delivered at work or at a relative's home, anywhere in the world. Each order can only be delivered to one address.

All buyers receive an email confirming the shipment of the order with a tracking number associated to the carrier responsible for the delivery. Simply click on the link in the email and enter the tracking number to obtain the estimated delivery date of your order directly from the carrier. Anne-Marie Chagnon members have the privilege of checking the status of their orders at any time by logging into their account.

To save on delivery charges, or to pick up your purchases more quickly, you can choose the workshop pick-up option at checkout. You'll receive an e-mail when your order is ready for pick-up at our Mile-End workshop-boutique in Montreal.

Yes, every item is covered by a full one-year warranty, including parts and labor. Should you find a manufacturing defect, return your jewelry without delay to your retailer or directly to the atelier-boutique, along with the original proof of purchase. You can take advantage of the warranty by sending us an email or visiting our workshop-boutique in person.

All jewelry is designed, created and manufactured in our Montreal workshop. From this workshop, which is also the company's head office, we take charge of all stages of jewelry development, from design to shipping and marketing. Since 1995, we've been proud to help maintain Quebec's tradition of high-quality jewelry-making.

Anne-Marie Chagnon jewelry is handcrafted with top quality materials. Nickel-free, lead-free and cadmium-free, Anne-Marie Chagnon jewelry meets the strictest international standards.

You will find the following materials in the jewelry: nickel and lead-free pewter, 22 Carats gold plating or 925 sterling silver plating, bronze plating, copper plating, resin, glass, genuine leather, freshwater pearls and stones.

Components such as chains, french hooks and ear posts are made of stainless or surgical steel, a hypoallergenic material.

Very few people react to pewter, whether natural or plated. We use nickel- and lead-free pewter, which greatly reduces the risk of skin reactions. If, however, you experience a rash, pain or swelling on contact with Anne-Marie Chagnon jewelry, we strongly recommend that you stop wearing your jewelry.

Chains as well as French hooks and earring posts are made of stainless steel, a hypoallergenic material.

With proper care, you can ensure the longevity of your jewelry for years to come. To avoid damage or discoloration as much as possible, we recommend that you avoid exposing your jewelry to the following: water, perfumes and cosmetics, extreme temperatures and household chemicals.

Helpful Hints

• Keep your jewelry in an airtight bag to prevent tarnishing ;
• Store your jewelry in a safe, dry place when not being worn to protect it from the elements of daily exposure.

Yes, pewter can tarnish. Several factors can cause the metal to react: the pH of the skin, medication, certain perfumes and cosmetics, heat-diffusing lighting or salt water, for example.

To restore the shine to your silvery pewter pieces, simply clean them with a dry cloth designed for our jewelry, such as our cleaning wipe.

• Rub the silvery pewter surface with medium pressure to restore its shine;
• Wipe the jewel with a dry cloth after cleaning to remove any residue.

Never use the cleaning wipe to clean plated parts (gold, copper or bronze) or chains. These should be cleaned with a dry cloth only.

Pewter is a malleable metal that allows us to create high quality adjustable rings. In fact, all our rings are designed to be put on the finger of your choice and are adjustable between sizes 6 and 9 (American measurements).

It is important to use this advantage in moderation. Like other metals, pewter can fracture if the ring is repeatedly opened and closed. By fitting your rings gently, to the same finger on which they will be worn, you can keep them looking good for a long time.

If by misfortune your ring cracks due to handling, write to us and our team will assist you with pleasure.

Upon request, the type of clasp can be changed in order to offer a personalized outfit. Almost all styles can be made on stems, with adjustable clips or with French fasteners. Your boutique will make a special order just for you. There is a small charge for changing an earring clasp.

In order to offer unique jewelry that reflects your image, we have designed extensions that can be used to adjust the length of Anne-Marie Chagnon necklaces. They can even be worn as bracelets!

If you prefer the necklace itself to be longer, a special order can be placed. A small extra charge will apply.
