How do I change or cancel my order?
To modify or cancel a completed order, you have up to 24 hours after receiving the order confirmation by email.
To do so, you must contact the Web Store, mentioning your full name, your invoice number and the action to be taken (cancel the order, add or remove items).

How do I use a coupon code?
Simply enter your coupon code in the box provided at checkout. Make sure the discount has been applied before confirming your order and proceeding to checkout.
Please note that no promo code can be applied once the order is paid.
What payment methods are accepted on the online store?
Payments are made securely by Visa, MasterCard and American Express (online or by phone) and with an SSL security certificate via Paypal (online).
When will my credit card be charged?
Payment will be charged to your credit card at the time you confirm the transaction.
Once the transaction is completed, you will receive an email confirmation.
Can I consult my order history?
Only Anne-Marie Chagnon members can view their order history. To view your past orders and check the status of your pending orders, simply log in to your account.
If you are not a member and have not created an account, you do not have access to an order history.

Do I have to pay sales taxes or customs fees on my order?
The products offered on our online store and delivered in Canada are subject to the federal and/or provincial tax in effect, calculated according to the delivery address of the products. We do not collect taxes on jewelry shipped outside of Canada.
Orders shipped to the United States, Mexico or Canada are not subject to any customs fees as stipulated by the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA).
For packages delivered outside of these three countries, customs fees may apply and be claimed by the carrier upon receipt of the package. For more information, please check with the customs department of the country of delivery or contact the selected carrier.
Once I have completed my order, how can I view the details of my order?
For all orders completed on our online store, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of the products selected and the total amount of your invoice.
When your order leaves the shop, you will receive a shipping notice by email with a tracking number. This email will also show you the list of items shipped.
If you are an Anne-Marie Chagnon member, you can consult the status and details of your orders at any time by accessing your account.
