Yes, you can indicate a delivery address different from the billing address. You can have your order delivered at work or at a relative's home, anywhere in the world. Each order can only be delivered to one address.
All buyers receive an email confirming the shipment of the order with a tracking number associated to the carrier responsible for the delivery. Simply click on the link in the email and enter the tracking number to obtain the estimated delivery date of your order directly from the carrier.
Anne-Marie Chagnon members have the privilege of checking the status of their orders at any time by logging into their account.
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Orders leave the shop within 5 business days once payment is received. If the delay is longer, we will contact you to let you know.

The delivery time and the carrier depend on the destination. Estimated delivery times are mentioned in the order shipping confirmation email that is sent to the buyer's email address when the order leaves the shop. The tracking number is used to track the order until the package is delivered to the shipping address.
