Our retailer partners are as dedicated as we are to offering you a superior quality service.

Each and every retailer store can put in special and express orders at the studio. Shipping delays will be as short as possible and can be confirmed with the retailer once the order has been processed.

For over 25 years, each and every Anne-Marie Chagnon creation has been meticulously handcrafted and carefully examined before winding up in your possession. We strive to create handmade jewelry pieces in Montreal that are not only timeless in design, but that survive the test of time and preserve their beauty for many years.
With our repair services and flexible warranties, we proudly assist you in maintaining and preserving your favorite pieces.

OUR WARRANTIES

Every item, accompanied by its original proof of purchase, is covered by a full one-year warranty including parts and labor. All bracelet elastic bands and earring clasps are under a lifetime warranty, which means they will be replaced free of charge. Broken ring frames and clasps are also guaranteed for life.
