WARRANTY, REPAIR & MAINTENANCE

For over 25 years, each and every Anne-Marie Chagnon creation has been meticulously handcrafted and carefully examined before winding up in your possession. We strive to create handmade jewelry pieces in Montreal that are not only timeless in design, but that survive the test of time and preserve their beauty for many years.
With our repair services and flexible warranties, we proudly assist you in maintaining and preserving your favorite pieces.

OUR WARRANTIES

Every item, accompanied by its original proof of purchase, is covered by a full one-year warranty including parts and labor. All bracelet elastic bands and earring clasps are under a lifetime warranty, which means they will be replaced free of charge.

What are the shipping delays and fees? Which carrier will deliver my order?

The delivery time and the choice of carrier is based on the destination. Estimated shipping time is mentioned in the email confirmation of shipping sent to the buyer's email address once the order is sent. The tracking number allows the buyer to monitor the order until the package is delivered to the shipping address.

Shipping is free on all orders over CA $150 / US $150 / €150. If under the minimum amount, shipping time and fees are as follow:

  • Quebec and Ontario (Canada) via Canada Post: 2-5 business days; CA $12 / US $11 / €9.50
  • Rest of Canada via Canada Post: 2-7 business days; CA $12 / US $11 / €9.50
  • United States of America via USPS: 4-7 business days; US $12 / CA $16 / €11
  • European Union via DHL: 2-3 business days; €12 / US $14 / CA $18
  • Other destinations via DHL: 2-5 business days; €12 / US $14 / CA $18

If you wish to have express delivery (Purolator), please contact the Online Store before ordering at 1 877 818-0499 or boutiqueweb@annemariechagnon.com. Additional charges will apply.

Conditions beyond our control may cause additional delivery lead time (weather, strikes, customs, etc.). Shipping time is thus not guaranteed and Anne-Marie Chagnon inc. assumes no responsibility for them. Should a significant delay occur, please contact us. Any errors or incomplete addresses can cause additional delays and costs for transhipment.

Note that the workshops and studio are closed for the holidays (from approximately December 23 to January 3). Every year, the dates are announced and displayed in advance. There is no order processed and no shipping during this period.
