What warranties offers Anne-Marie Chagnon on her jewellery?

Each Anne-Marie Chagnon jewellery item is meticulously handcrafted and carefully inspected before making its way into your hands. If you happen to find a defect in workmanship or material, return it promptly to your retailer or our studio and workshops, together with the proof of purchase, to take advantage of our full one-year warranty including parts and labour.

Furthermore, all elastic bands and earring clasps come with a life-time warranty and will be replaced free of charge.

How can I have my Anne-Marie Chagnon jewellery repaired?

Anne-Marie Chagnon jewellery is made to last a lifetime – if not longer! We are able to repair jewellery from all of our collections. For some pieces, we can suggest alternatives that respect the original design. Some fees apply.

In order to prolong your pleasure of wearing your rings, Anne-Marie Chagnon offers the replacement of a broken ring, with a small repair fee.

For a repair, the jewellery piece can be returned to the boutique where it was bought or send directly to the studio. It is crucial to leave all your contact information with the jewellery piece (full name, phone number, email, postal address) so we can send the jewellery back to you. Our customer service team always contacts the client before returning the jewellery to settle the applicable charges.

Except when the warranties apply, repair fees are subject to applicable taxes and shipping fees are the client's responsability.
