How can I modify or cancel my order?

You can change or cancel an order within 24 hours of receiving your order confirmation email.

To do so, you must contact the Online Store with your full name, order confirmation number and desired action (order cancellation, adding or retrieving an item to the order).

Once my order has been completed, how can I review the order details?

You will receive an email confirmation with the order’s items and total billing amount for all placed orders on the Online Store.

When your order leaves our studio, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. This email will also include the list of shipped items.

If you are an annemariechagnon.com member, you can review the details and status of your order at all times by accessing your account.

Can I view my order history?

Only the annemariechagnon.com members can view all their orders from the Online Store. To see your order history and review the status of your outstanding orders, simply login to your account.

You do not have access to your order history if you are not a member and have not created an account.

How do I use my promo code?

All you need to do is type in your promo code in the appropriate box at checkout. Make sure the discount has been applied before making your final payment.
