These are uncertain times and, just like you, we are maneuvering through the challenges of responding to the COVID-19 pandemic. We are closely monitoring the developments of the Corona virus and are not taking this situation lightly. Your well-being and that of our team is of paramount importance. We have and will continue to take all necessary precautions and hygienic measures to ensure the safety of our customers and staff.
 

In the tumult of this crisis, we have decided to reduce to a minimum the opening hours of our Montreal flagship boutique until Friday; which will now be open from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. We will be closed for an indefinite period of time as of Saturday, March 21st.

This being said, we recommend limiting, and even avoiding, unnecessary trips to our boutique. A reduced team remains available by email for any questions, purchases or other requests that require our attention. Please note that our repair service will be temporarily suspended.

Although we are maintaining some of our usual operations, we are slowing down the pace to allow our team to carefully prepare your orders. As a result, the processing time will be longer than usual. Canada Post has also issued new measures regarding the delivery of packages; which could alter the regular deadlines as well as the ordinary delivery procedures.
