Write to us at garantie@annemariechagnon.com indicating the repair to be done including a photo.

We will reply with the estimated fees (repair & shipping) to be approved by your client.
Once approved, you can send the jewelry to us in a small padded envelope to:

Include the following information:
repair to be made, name of the store (or client), address, phone number & e-mail.
*USA  declare 5$ for imitation jewelry

Procedure if you do not offer
in-store follow-up:

1.
When selling a piece of jewelry,
add an Anne-Marie Chagnon product card, which contains all the information they need to properly care our jewelry
