Updates about our team and activities.


Always there, despite the ups and downs, the Anne-Marie Chagnon team remains ready to serve you. However, we have been operating with a reduced team, reduced hours and very often from our homes since the beginning of the crisis. As for many of you, the disruptions caused by this pandemic have hit us unexpectedly  and we are trying to adjust to the new challengesthat arise due to these exceptional circumstances. We appreciate your continued support, your understanding and your patience. Despite everything, our team is always here, attentive and ready to assist you. Here is how the Anne-Marie Chagnon team can support you during this transition to "normality".

Department of services & reparations

  • Good news ! Jeanne is back at work and is all ears every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday between 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. The best way to reach her is by email at service@annemariechagnon.com.
  • Annie operates from our studio on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays and remains available all week through email via annieb@annemariechagnon.com.
  • Our repair department is once again operational and you can place a repair request via garantie@annemariechagnon.com.
  • The team will do its best to assist you promptly. Please email us or leave us a voice message if we do not respond immediately; we will return your call or email as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding.

Department of production & shipments 

  • Our colleagues Hugues, Sabrina, Marie-Hélène, Mélissa-Anne and Andréa take at heart the fabrication of your jewelry and are working particularly hard to complete all orders within the 14-day deadline in the absence of several of their team members.
  • Know that the best way to benefit from express delivery is to order in-stock items which will also allot you with a 2% discount on your total.
  • Please note that any request placed to modify or alter a piece of jewelry (even if it is from our in-stock inventory) will generate a 2-week delay.
  • As for shipments, our colleagues Tarik and Manu are on duty 2 days a week to prepare and deliver your orders. Orders normally leave our workshops mid-week.
  • Please note that circumstances beyond our control may cause shipping delays. Several carriers are overwhelmed and this may cause longer delivery estimates than usual.

Departments of sales, marketing and communications

  • Our sales team is temporarily downsized and is composed of Sandra and Aurélien. Generally on work duties from home, they remain available and attentive to any questions or requests.
  • The best way to reach them is via Sandra's email address: sandrap@annemariechagnon.com.
  • Our marketing and communications specialist, Audrey, is also working remotely. She remains available for all requests relating to marketing, public relations or communications by email: audreyl@annemariechagnon.com.

Your sales representative 

  • Your sales representative acts as the link between you and our internal team and keeps us connected at all times. Know that he/she remains there to assist you and support your business, answer your questions or be an open ear to talk to. 

 

We have all faced severe changes in recent months. Together, we have braved the storm and continue to persevere through the ups and downs. We know that the best is yet to come and that, together, we will begin a more successful next chapter.
