If some of these items are part of your inventory, or if any of your clients currently have one in their possession, please be aware that we will take back the faulty items and you will receive a full value credit for the piece and the shipping fees. Please send in a regular envelop, by regular postal service when returning the items. For our retailers outside of Canada, please declare a zero value and “faulty” on your shipment.
